Welcome to Flash Turbo CMS! This guide will help you get up and running quickly.
Flash Turbo CMS is a modern, multi-tenant e-commerce content management system built with:
- Next.js for fast, responsive web interface
- Payload CMS for powerful content management
- MongoDB for flexible, scalable data storage
- Razorpay for secure payment processing
Perfect for managing multiple online stores (tenants) from a single platform.
Make sure you have:
- Admin login credentials for your tenant
- Access to the admin dashboard
- Modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
- Optional: Markdown knowledge for rich text editing
- Go to your tenant's admin URL:
https://admin.yourtenant.com/
- Enter your email and password
- Click "Sign In"
Once logged in, you'll see the Admin Dashboard with these main sections:

- Go to Products section
- Click "+ New Product" button
- Fill in product details:
- Name: Product title
- Description: Product details (supports Markdown)
- Price: Product price in your currency
- SKU: Unique identifier
- Category: Select or create category
- Images: Upload product photos
- Click "Publish" to make live
- Click "Save as Draft" to save without publishing
- Go to Pages section
- Select or create a page
- Click "+ Add Block" button
- Choose "Product Block"
- Select your product from dropdown
- Configure display options
- Click "Publish" to apply
- Go to Pages section
- Click "+ New Page" button
- Enter page title
- Click "+ Add Block" to add content blocks
- Choose block type:
- Text Block: Write content
- Hero Block: Large banner
- Product Block: Display products
- Image Block: Add images
- Grid Block: Multiple items layout
- Configure each block
- Click "Publish" when ready
- Go to Orders section
- Click "+ New Order" button
- Select customer or create new
- Add products from catalog
- Enter shipping address
- Select payment method
- Click "Create Order"

Your store accepts payments via Razorpay, which supports:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- Debit cards
- Net banking
- Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- When a customer places an order, it appears in Orders section
- Review order details and customer info
- Click "Mark as Shipped" when order ships
- System automatically sends customer email notifications
- Go to Orders section
- Find the order to refund
- Click "Process Refund" button
- Enter refund amount
- Select reason
- Confirm refund
- Go to Settings → Brand
- Upload logo
- Choose primary colors
- Set site name
- Add contact information
- Go to Settings → Policies
- Add/edit:

- Click "Publish"
- Go to Settings → Email Templates

- Order confirmation

- Enter email address
- Select role:
- Admin: Full access
- Manager: Can edit content
- Viewer: Read-only access
- Click "Send Invite"

- Use strong passwords (12+ characters, mixed case, numbers, symbols)
- Enable two-factor authentication if available
- Don't share login credentials
- Log out when done
- Click "Forgot Password" on login page
- Enter your email
- Click link in confirmation email
- Enter new password (must be different from previous)
- Go to Dashboard (home page)
- View key metrics:
- Total Sales: Revenue this month
- Orders: Number of orders
- Customers: Number of unique customers
- Trending: Most popular products
- Go to relevant section (Orders, Products, Customers)
- Click "Export" button
- Choose format (CSV, PDF, Excel)
- Downloaded file appears in Downloads folder
Q: I forgot my password
A: Click "Forgot Password" on login page and follow instructions
Q: Page changes aren't showing on website
A: Make sure to click "Publish" - "Save as Draft" doesn't go live
Q: How do I add multiple tenants?
A: Contact system admin - tenant management is admin-only
Q: Can I schedule content to publish later?
A: Use "Schedule Publication" in block settings

- Save drafts frequently
- Use descriptive product names
- Include quality product images
- Test links before publishing

- Delete published products without review
- Use the same password everywhere
- Leave sensitive information in drafts
- Publish without proofreading
- Share login credentials
