Learn how to use the Flash Turbo CMS Admin Dashboard effectively.
The admin dashboard is your command center for managing your store. It displays:
- Real-time sales metrics
- Recent orders and activities
- Quick action buttons
- System status and alerts
- Log in to your admin panel
- You'll land on the dashboard automatically
- Or click the home icon in sidebar anytime
Located at the top of dashboard:
Total Revenue
- Amount earned this month
- Comparison with last month (↑ or ↓)
- Click to view detailed breakdown
Total Orders
- Number of orders this month
- Click to see all orders
Active Customers
- Number of unique customers
- Click to view customer list
Products Available
- Total live products
- Click to browse products
Shows recent actions in reverse chronological order:
- New orders received
- Products added or updated
- Customer sign-ups
- Payments processed
- Team member actions
Click any activity to see details or drill down for more info.
Visual representations of your store's performance:
Sales Trend
- Line chart of daily/weekly/monthly sales
- Change period with dropdown menu
- Hover over data points for exact numbers
Order Status
- Pie chart showing pending/completed/shipped orders
- Click segments to filter order list
Top Products
- Bar chart of best-selling products
- Use to identify popular items
- Click to view product details
Customer Sources
- Where new customers come from
- Direct, referral, social media, etc.
Buttons at bottom of dashboard for common tasks:
+ New Product
- Quick create a new product
- Opens product form
+ New Order
- Manually create order
- Useful for phone/email orders
+ New Page
- Create new website page
- Add content blocks
View All Orders
- Opens orders section
- See complete order list
Manage Products
- Goes to products section
- Browse, edit, delete
Team Settings
- Manage users and permissions
- Configure roles
- Click "Settings" icon (gear icon, top right)
- Configure what displays:
- [] Revenue chart
- [] Order status
- [] Recent activity
- [] Top products
- [] Customer sources
- Click "Save"
Change metrics time period:
- Click "Time Period" dropdown
- Select:
- Today
- This Week
- This Month (default)
- Last 3 Months
- This Year
Dashboard auto-updates every 5 minutes.
To refresh manually:
- Click refresh icon (top right)
- Or press F5
Access dashboard on mobile devices:
- Go to:
https://admin.yourtenant.com/ on your phone
- Dashboard optimizes for smaller screens
- Tap sections to expand them
- Swipe charts left/right to navigate
- Go to Settings (gear icon)
- Click Notifications
- Choose what alerts you:
- Click Save
- Go to Settings (gear icon)
- Click Default View
- Choose starting page when you log in:
- Dashboard (default)
- Orders
- Products
- Customers
- Click Save
- Go to Settings → Preferences
- Select Timezone (affects all time displays)
- Select Language:
- English
- Spanish
- French
- German
- Click Save
- Set time period to "Today"
- View "Total Revenue"
- Check "Sales Trend" chart for timing
- View "Recent Activity" feed
- Click on orders to open order details
- Process orders as needed
- Check "Top Products" chart
- Identify trends
- Consider creating promotions for popular items
- Check "Active Customers" metric
- View "Customer Sources" to see where they come from
- Adjust marketing accordingly
Look for alerts/warnings on dashboard:
- Out of stock items
- Payment failures
- Pending orders (not shipped)
- Technical issues (red alerts)
- Upward line = Sales increasing
- Downward line = Sales decreasing
- Flat line = Consistent sales
- Spikes = High sales events/promotions
- Green = Shipped (completed)
- Blue = Processing
- Yellow = Pending payment
- Red = Cancelled/Failed
✅ Always log out when finished
✅ Use strong password (12+ characters)
✅ Enable two-factor authentication
✅ Don't share dashboard URL
✅ Use secure, trusted networks
If you notice unusual activity:
- Change your password immediately
- Contact support
- Review recent access logs

- Clear browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+Delete)
- Close all browser tabs
- Reopen admin dashboard
- Try different browser
- Check time period is set correctly
- Verify timezone in settings
- Try refreshing dashboard (F5)
- Wait 5 minutes for auto-update
- Check user permissions
- Ask admin to grant access
- Verify sections aren't hidden in display settings
- Ensure you have data for selected period
- Try different time period
- Check browser supports JavaScript
- Try incognito/private browser mode
